Occasionally we recruit particularly proactive, experienced or prolific ambassadors to be a part of our much smaller Big Start Trainer team. This brings with it an increased commission benefit (15% recurring) and specific training to lead regional training days for teachers and schools in leading Big Start Assemblies. These training days are paid and you would be working on behalf of Big Start Assemblies in delivering these sessions.
