If your folder is still ‘zipped’, you may need to unzip it first before you can access the documents. (Read, “It’s downloaded as a .zip file – what do I do?”
Check that you have Microsoft Office installed on your computer if trying to open PowerPoint presentations or Word documents.
Some computers will not open files from directly inside an unzipped folder. If you are experiencing trouble, you might need to drag and drop the files onto your desktop or somewhere else on your computer.
