Make sure you are logged in. If you are only on the free trial you will only be able to download the free assemblies.
You can download resources by finding them in the resources library and clicking onto the name of the resource or “view” button. When you are viewing the assembly/resource page you will see a pink bar beneath the picture which triggers the download.
