If you are a paid school subscriber, it is possible to create user accounts. These are linked to your schools membership but can be created for individual members of staff, or for general school use. These user accounts have all the download and viewing privileges of the main account, but prevent people accessing the billing and primary contact information. User accounts are not available to multi-licence schools or free trials. When an account lapses or renews, all the user accounts will do likewise.
